January Request for Proposal Open: CCW Sector Intermediaries

The January Career Connect Washington Sector Intermediaries RFP is now open. The Washington State Employment Security Department (ESD), on behalf of Career Connect Washington, is seeking proposals from highly qualified entities capable of serving as the CCW Sector Intermediary in each of the following sectors: Healthcare; Maritime; Construction; and Finance. 

Bids are due January 26, 2022, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. The RFP can be accessed via the Washington Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS) system (RFP #2021-18 | WEBS # 46902). Bidders are responsible for downloading the solicitation document and all appendices and incorporated documents. Questions are due to Procurement Coordinator Greg Grahn ([email protected]) by January 14, 2022. ESD responses to bidder questions will be posted on January 18, 2022 via WEBS. 

There will not be a bidders’ conference for this RFP. However, ESD held a similar bidders’ conference (for a prior RFP on Sector Intermediary work) and that bidders’ conference deck and meeting recording are viewable using the following links:
