Career Connect Washington (CCW) is a statewide network of people and organizations who create and promote career connected learning programs for young people to explore, prepare, and launch themselves into college and careers.

We believe all of Washington’s young people — especially those furthest from educational and economic opportunity — deserve a future of purpose and prosperity. Working together, we can provide the support they need to achieve it.

Partners in the CCW network include business, education, labor, and community leaders across all regions of Washington state. Together we have already created more than 120 career connected learning programs in work-based and academic settings — and you can join us.

Who are CCW Partners?

Partners in our network play different roles but work towards a common purpose: supporting a positive future for Washington’s young people from K-12 through college-age and beyond by creating and promoting career connected learning experiences.

CCW’s nine Regional Networks are convening points for employers, educators, and nonprofits to coordinate efforts. There are also CCW Career Connected Learning Coordinators in each of the state’s nine Educational Service Districts who work in collaboration with local school districts to support career connected learning activities. Across regions, Program Builders in both academic and work-based settings create new and scale existing career connected learning programs (often accessing CCW funding to do so). Employers and labor leaders work with Sector Leaders across ten high-demand sectors to identify workforce and training needs that inform program development.
