In response to the interest from our industry and regional partners, the Washington State Employment Security Department (ESD), on behalf of Career Connect Washington, has opened a new Career Connect Washington Education Sector Intermediary RFP. This RFP is seeking proposals from highly qualified entities capable of serving as the CCW Sector Intermediary in each of the following sectors:

Proposals are due August 24th, 2023, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. The RFP can be accessed via the Washington Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS) system (RFP #2023-06). A copy of the RFP is attached for reference only. Bidders are responsible for downloading the solicitation document and all appendices and incorporated documents. Questions are due to Procurement Coordinator Jennifer Watson (esdgpbids@esd.wa.gov) by August 6, 2023. ESD responses to bidder questions will be posted via WEBS on August 10, 2023.
