Request for Proposal Open: CCW Professional Services Pool

The Career Connect Washington (CCW) Professional Services RFP is now open. The Employment Security Department (ESD), as grant administrator of CCW, is seeking proposals from highly qualified entities with relevant expertise to join a pre-qualified pool of vendors. Vendors from this pool may be selected for project-specific professional services contracts, on an as-needed basis, and across a variety of specialized service areas (e.g., event planning, direct support, project management). Bidders selected for the pre-qualified pool are not guaranteed a contract but may be engaged for future CCW needs depending on funding availability.

This RFP is intended to expand ESD’s capacity to respond flexibly to evolving CCW needs and funding opportunities, including federal grants such as the NOAA Climate Resilience Regional Challenge. 

Bids are due Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. The RFP can be accessed via the Washington Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS) system (RFP #2025-02 | WEBS #55743). Bidders are responsible for downloading the full solicitation, all appendices, and any incorporated documents.

A Bidders Conference will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 3:00 PM Pacific Time. A recording and the presentation slides will be made available following the session.
